Tips to Set a Gorgeous, Stress Free Easter Table

Pretty dishes set the stage for a gorgeous table. I’ve gathered some of my favorite dishes to show you how simple it can be to create a beautiful place setting for your Easter table. Layer plates to add personality to your dinner.

Notice how each setting below starts with a simple gold rimmed dish. The focal point is the pretty salad – dessert plate.

Tips to Set a Gorgeous Stress free Easter Table Pink and blue are not a traditional Easter color combination, but work beautifully as an unexpected surprise! Here is paired my blue and white wedding china with some ginger jars and FAUX  peonies. A light pink linen table cloth {here} serves as a beautiful backdrop.

Tips to Set a Gorgeous Stress free Easter Table Blush and gold are by far my favorite color combo! They are perfect for a gorgeous Easter table. Use these blush, gold rimmed plates {here} for a beautiful pop! The same blush linen tablecloth {here} is draped on the table and the same simple gold flatware {here} finishes off the setting. If you are guessing, the flowers are faux! I will be sharing a post next week featuring my favorite sources for you!

Here’s the same place setting with the most beautiful robin’s egg blue plate {here}! They are stunning with a gold rim. Their speckled finish looks like an egg shell! I love love love these! This last one has a fancy feel! These gorgeous plates are from here. They also come in blue. Notice the pink peonies and garden roses… they are faux!
The centerpiece of the table is meant to be exactly as it sounds – the center piece. Just because it is the star, doesn’t mean it has to be fussy and difficult. A simple centerpiece can be even more beautiful than one that is over the top! Here are a few simple centerpiece ideas you can use for your table this year.
Tips to Set a Gorgeous Stress free Easter TableUse 2 dozen fresh roses in a bubble jar {here} to create this stunning, simple focal point! You can see more of this table here.Gather 7-9 faux pink cherry blossoms stems and place them inside a large ginger jar. My favorite blossoms can be found here. This arrangement is one of my all time favorites! It is so so simple and really makes a statement! I used this in our dining room reveal here.To create another gorgeous ginger jar arrangement, use fresh roses mixed with some stock.

These pink rose arrangement were from my Easter table last year {here}. Take a clear mason jar fill it with water, add some fresh roses, then stick the jar inside a wire basket. It looks like an Easter basket arrangement! So so simple! Use some fresh or faux tulips inside a pretty vase for an impressive arrangement. Try placing your vase on a fancy silver cake stand to give it an even more elegant look.

Place a little something special at each place setting to really make your table extraordinary. Below are a few of my favorite ideas.
Create a mini bouquet for each guest to take home. See how here.Place a tiny Easter basket at each spot. Create yours by following the simple steps here.Make a mini bird’s nest out of Easter grass. Then top it with some mini chocolate eggs.Ahh dessert! Probably the best part of any holiday! Make yours even more extraordinary by adding some flowers! They can be fresh or faux. Add them to homemade treats or store bought ones. My favorite Easter dessert is coconut cake. It looks like a bunny tail! If I am making it from scratch, I am using this recipe {here} and I am adding a layer of lemon curd and raspberry to each layer! If it is store bought, I will serve it with a raspberry sauce and fresh raspberries. Store bought cake with fresh flowers

Homemade coconut cake with paper flowers.

Now go get your supplies in order and start planning the most gorgeous, simple Easter table this year!

  2. Hi Randi. On a Fall post ,you shared a picture of a small white velvet pumpkin with little flowers attached to it. Did you purchase it and if you did ,can you tell me where? I suspect with your creative talent that you made it.l am new to your site and was not sure if you had shared any information about it. Thanks so much,Yolanda.

    1. Hi Yolanda! Thank you for your sweet comment! That pumpkin is my favorite ever! It was actually made by my sweet friend Daria at Hot Skwash. It has a vintage lace wrapped around it. She makes exquisite pumpkins. Make sure you pay her site a visit! xo

  3. Randi, each one is more lovely than the last!! They are all stunning! I’m crazy for your Arte Italica pieces and I love your use of gold on your table (as wells in your home, in general). I’m a gold girl myself and I just loved this post!
