Candles are my favorite way to warm up my home for any season. With summer winding down and thoughts of fall fresh on the brain, I thought I’d share some of my favorite tips to style candles. Use these tips throughout the year and simply change out the candle scent to match the scents of the current season.
My Favorite Candle Styling Tips
My favorite way to display a candle is to place it in a hurricane, fill it with a some beautiful filler, then add a yummy scented candle. There are endless possibilities to mixing filler and candles. Be creative and use your favorite color combinations. The combinations I’m sharing today can be used year round.
Whether you put it on your stove or countertop, I love to place my hurricane on a marble petal tray to complete the look. Here I mixed epsom salt with some pink glass rocks. Add some pink sea glass beads for some texture if styling them on your countertop or table.
Style them in a serving tray with a few other candles. I added my favorite laurel wreath to create a fun vignette.
Pink salt also makes a gorgeous filler for your candle too! I purchased a large bag so I can use it for gifts for girlfriend’s birthday. I’ll wrap up a glass hurricane, favorite candle filled with the pink salt for a sweet birthday gift.
For fall, I am going to use the gorgeous blue candle with pink rock. I love, love, love pink and blue together and the deeper blue for fall will be a stunning combination.
