Setting pretty tables for the holidays is something I look forward to all year long! I usually like to leave these tablescapes up for a few weeks to enjoy looking at them, before serving a fun meal around it! For this reason, I like to use centerpieces that will last for more than just a few days. If I am hosting a party or event, I will almost always use fresh flowers for a centerpiece. This year my Fall color scheme is pink and blue (see my full Fall Home Tour here). So, I thought it would be fun to set an all pink pumpkin Fall tablescape.
This table was super simple to set up! I smile every time I walk past it. The best part about it, I used everything I already had in my cupboards. When you think about making purchases for your table, think about longevity!
Use these 3 tips to help you…
- Buy pieces you love. If you walk away from the item and can’t stop thinking about it, that is a good sign that you LOVE it.
- Splurge on pieces that are timeless. These pieces will carry you through years of entertaining, they are worth the extra money!
- Look for pieces that can be used for any season. Classic white dishes are a staple that can be used anytime of year. Don’t count out pink! Pink is a versatile color that can work for winter, spring, summer of fall.
