I think Spring just may be my favorite season! The temperatures here in Arizona are perfect. Everything is green and blooming. When you live in the desert, that is a big deal! The days are getting longer and our family spends a lot of time on the baseball field. With Spring in full swing, I thought I’d share how making a few simple changes to your home can make it feel like Spring! Come take a look at our Spring Home Tour.
This post contains some affiliate links for your convenience {read full disclosure policy here}.Use faux flowers to give your home a Spring look for the entire season. In our entryway, I used lots of faux hydrangeas to create a bright welcome into our home.

A few blue and white ginger jars and some faux peonies make give the den a fresh Spring feel. Simple touches can go a long way!

Try grouping a few white ginger jars together for an impressive, but simple center piece. Use a pretty woven basket to hold them together. A light weight throw and playful new pillow soften the head chairs.

Use a mix of fresh and faux flowers in your home to create that everything’s in bloom look in your house!
Add pink salt to your salt shaker for a nice Spring touch. To create a sweet little counter top vignette, I used a mini pink cake stand with a bud vase. Use flowers from your yard or your local store to complete the look.Use fresh fruit to brighten the kitchen too! My favorites for Spring are pink, Ruby Red grapefruit and Cara Cara oranges. Both have beautiful pastel shades that add a pop to the room.
Faux cherry blossoms are my number one way to make our home feel like Spring! Place them in a ginger jar for an impressive arrangement.

Spice up your desk with a pretty candle. Place your candle into a jar with epson salt mixed with pink rock. A stack of your favorite books makes the grouping. I love this blush cookbook for it’s color AND content! The white book is one of my favorite home decor books.

The family room received a few more flowers and a couple of new pillows. These few changes really made it feel like a new season in here. All the flowers in here are faux. Click here for a collection of my favorite faux florals.

Mix fresh and faux flowers! Mixing them together will the illusion of all real flowers! In the dining room, I used faux cherry blossoms with fresh tulips to create a Spring parade of flowers. For some pillow power, I added these pink, Chanel like pillows to the head chairs.

Your home is beautiful! I love everything you design. By any chance can you tell me where you got the gold glass hurricanes in your kitchen. You have one on either side of your stove. I absolutely love the crystal wreaths around each hurricane. I can’t stop looking at them! I’ve never seen anything so beautiful!
Hi Katie! I found them at Front Gate. I hope they have them again someday! I love love love them!
Just lovely Randi. You never fail to impress with elegance. Just one question: Where do you hide five kids ?
