This recipe is simple, but oh so delicious! The meat is fall off the bone, scrumptious! Bake them in the oven and finished them off on the grill to caramelize the BBQ sauce. Trust me, you will fall in love with this recipe!

Ingredients
- 2 Racks of Pork Ribs (I get mine at Sam's Club)
- Garlic Salt
- BBQ Sauce (We like Sweet Baby Rays)
Instructions
- Cut the ribs in 2-3 piece sections.
- Place in roasting pan. I like to use disposable roasting pans for less mess.
- Sprinkle with lots of garlic salt on all sides of meat.
- Cover roasting pan with lid or foil.
- Bake 325 for 3 1/2- 4 hours or until meat falls off the bone.
- Once meat its tender, remove from oven.
- Turn BBQ grill on high.
- Place 2 sheets of tin foil on grill.
- Layer ribs on foil.
- Brush with BBQ sauce.
- Turn ribs with tongs and brush other side.
- Cook for just a few minutes, turning ribs to sear sauce.
- Place in serving dish and serve!
