Chocolate Cheese Ball
2 – 8 Ounce Packages of Cream Cheese
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
6-8 T Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/4 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Almond Extract
1/3 Cup Chopped Pecans
Let Cream Cheese soften to room temp. Melt Chocolate Chips in the microwave. Then mix all the ingredients, except the pecans, with electric mixer. Cover and chill in the fridge. Shape into a ball and roll in chopped pecans. Serve with gingersnaps and any other yummy cookie.
