Fall in the Butler’s Pantry

Every season I look forward to giving our butler’s pantry a little refresh, and fall might just be my favorite. This small space connects so much of our home, so I love when it feels warm, welcoming, and styled with a touch of seasonal charm.

This year, I started with my French bistro shelves, home to my beloved blue and white ginger jar collection. To bring in fall, I tucked sage green velvet pumpkins throughout the shelves—some even sparkling with delicate crystals. Nestled in between faux magnolia stems and ranunculas, they add just the right balance of cozy texture and a hint of glamour. The soft green tones feel so calming against the crisp blue and white porcelain, and the crystals catch the light in the prettiest way.

Around the sink, I wanted a moment that felt fresh and abundant, so I styled two floral arrangements to frame the space. One is a ginger jar filled with faux snowball hydrangeas (budget option), their full blooms looking so elegant against the patterned jar. I used 6 stems in my arrangement. The other is a blue and white planter overflowing with cone hydrangeas and white ranunculas. Together, they make even the simplest moments at the sink feel extra special.

And of course, no fall space is complete without a candle. A large fall candle (similar) now sits on the counter with a gold candle holder, its warm glow and cozy fragrance instantly making the pantry feel like a seasonal retreat.

It doesn’t take much to breathe new life into a butler’s pantry. A few pumpkins, some florals, and the flicker of candlelight have completely transformed ours into a little pocket of fall charm. Every time I walk through, I can’t help but smile.
