Welcome to My Chinoiserie Home Office at The Wren! This space is one of my favorite spaces in our home and I am so excited to share it with you today. My office is filled with natural light and is wrapped in this gorgeous chinoiserie pattern wallpaper. The wallpaper completely made this space! I love the soft colored background with the gorgeous pops of pink and fresh shades of blueish green. The space feels cheerful, feminine and peaceful. It’s an inspiring place to be. If you’re designing a home office space at your home, my one piece of advise for you would be to create a space that inspires you. If you feel inspired by your surroundings, magic happens!
Here is a look inside my home office. At the bottom of the post, I have a full list of sources for you. I hope you enjoy this chinoiserie office as much as I love being in it!

My Chinoiserie Home Office at The Wren
My office is a perfect example of my design style, Transitional design mixed with a touch of French Glam. I love to mix clean modern lines with beautiful, detailed French inspired pieces that add charm and character to a space. My clean lined desk and lucite x stools feel sleek and modern. The french wardrobe, Louis desk chair and reeded door sideboard soften the room with lots of feminine French details. Our glam chandelier tops the space with some elegance. The wardrobe was a Craigslist find that we had professionally painted. It’s one of my favorite pieces!
Use 12 cherry blossoms and 18 peonies to recreate these arrangements.
Here’s is a sneak peek at some of the pretty organization pieces I used to organize my office. I will share a post with all of the pretty organization ideas I used in my office next week. Laduree chocolate and macaroon boxes hold my office essentials like paper clips, pins, etc. A vintage toast rack holds some of my favorite stationary and notepads.
Use this crystal orb as a door stop to add some glam to any room in your home!
Sentimental pieces add a heartbeat to your room. My mom drew this Wren for me for my birthday. It is one of my most treasured pieces.

Thank you Karin! You are the sweetest! xoxo
I have a wardrobe similar to yours. It was a gift from my mother-in-law who had an antique store. I believe its English and around 100 years old. Its a beautiful color of wood and the color is in style but its just not my style. I would love to paint it but would like your input. Is that just ruining it?
I don’t think so at all! If you tire of the paint, you can always have it refinished! xoxo
