There’s something about a freshly made bed in the summer that makes the whole house feel lighter. I love keeping our bedroom crisp and airy with layers of white, soft blues, and beautiful textures that feel timeless all season long.

The foundation of our summer bedding is my favorite: the Pom Pom at Home linen sheets. I have them in French Blue in our primary bedroom and Sea Glass in our casita, and I truly can’t recommend them enough. To create this soft summer look, I layered the French Blue sheets with a stunning scalloped white and grayish blue quilt and coordinating scalloped quilted shams, then added floral blue-and-cream pillows, a tailored bolster and 3 velvet euro shams for just the right amount of pattern. The result is a bedroom that feels fresh, elegant, and incredibly inviting—like checking into your favorite boutique hotel, but at home.

Summer in the Guest Casita
I always want our guest casita to feel like a boutique hotel—a place where family and friends can truly relax and feel at home. Just like our primary bedroom, I start with beautiful, high-quality bedding that feels as luxurious as it looks.
The bed is dressed in Pom Pom at Home’s linen sheets in Sea Glass, a soft, soothing blue-green that perfectly complements the light and airy space. They’re every bit as buttery soft as the French Blue sheets in our primary bedroom and are breathable enough for warm summer nights while still feeling cozy year-round.
