Trend alert – pink and blue. It’s everywhere right now and I’m all heart eyes about it! For this week’s Trendy Trio we are looking at ways you can incorporate this beautiful color combination in your home and closet! Blue and white is such a classic color pair, but when you throw in pink, it adds some real pizzaz!
Try using this trendy color combo in your home, I guarantee it will put a smile on your face! Set a summer table featuring blue and white with pops of pink. Buy some new blue and pink bedding or throw pillows then add them to your bed or couch. Pick up a new blue shirt and some fabulous pink shoes to add to your closet. You will be amazed at how adding pink and blue to your life will add a little pep to your step!

Next time you have a gathering, try using pink and blue as your color inspiration.
Use some ginger jars as vases for different color pink roses.
Set blue and white dishes if you have some. If not, use some white dishes.
Place a single pink, rose bud in the center of each plate for a sweet touch.
Monogram napkins always add some charm to your table. My favorite place to find them is Bella Lino Linens.
Gold is a gorgeous compliment to this color pallet. Notice the gold flatware, gold rimmed plates and round gold tray that really make the pink and blue POP!
I pulled out my favorite ice bucket from Sasha Nicholas to keep our beverages cool. The blue monogram is such a fabulous touch. You can grab one for your next party here.
Earlier this summer, I added some blue and white bedding to our all white bedroom. Sprinkling these velvet, blush euros to the bed adds even more character. Try picking up a few new pieces of bed linens to create a trendy look for summer and early fall.
Pink and blue looks great on YOU too! This ruffle layered skirt has been my favorite everyday skirt this summer! Dress it up with these blush, velvet heels. These heels are my FAVORITE to wear with jeans or a cute skirt. You won’t believe how comfortable and feminine they are. 
So I shared this darling blue striped top here. It has such cute details with the bows on the sleeves and playful slits on the arm. The velvet, bow studded flats are even more cute in person!

After seeing your additions of blue that you added, I might just have to add some touches of blue as well. Thank you so much for this post Randi! Such a fresh color combination and when I saw the pink velvet flats I just HAD to have them. Your photos really showcased them better than the Nordstrom site, and started me on the hunt to track them down as they were sold out online. After numerous phone calls, I found them at the LA Nordstrom’s, and I’m in Boston, so that was a real score! They arrived yesterday and I’m even more in love with them.
