When I think of Easter, I think of the dreary winter world coming back to life and the beautiful symbolism behind it all. Vibrant colors and blossoms everywhere filling the world with cheer and hope. This Easter, I wanted to embrace those stunning colors of spring in a magical velvet egg Easter table.

The star of this Easter table is a large Easter basket dripping with wildflowers, filled with gorgeous velvet Easter eggs from Hot Skwash. Our Easter table features the seafoam, husk and blush velvet eggs and salmon velvet carrots topped with a gorgoeus green feather stems. Velvet Egg Easter Table
To create the Easter basket centerpiece, wire several wildflower stems to the handle of your basket (mine is the larger sized basket). I wired my handle upright. All the florals ad greenery I used are sourced below for you. Once the flowers were all secured, I filled the basket with tissue paper and topped it with moss. Finally, I filled the Easter basket with Hot Skwash velvet eggs and a few velvet carrots. I used 5 of the seafoam eggs (3 large and 2 small), 5 of the blush eggs, (3 large and 2 small) 3 of the husk eggs (2 large and 1 small) and 2 salmon colored carrots for my arrangement.
Each place setting is topped off with a velvet egg. So cute! These pretty wicker charger (that coordinate with the Easter basket) add a touch of whimsy. They are super affordable too! I used my favorite white dinner plates and dessert plates with pretty scalloped details to add more charm to the place settings. These plates are simply stunning!
A cheery pink buffalo checked tablecloth and aqua seersucker napkins remind me of the vibrant Easter eggs I colored as a little girl. Create cherry blossom napkin rings by wiring or hot gluing some peony flowers to an acrylic napkin ring.
Use cane vases filled with faux wildflowers for a simple, yet bold Spring decor statement.
