Ice Cream Float Bar Cart

Ice Cream Float Bar Cart by Randi Garrett DesignI don’t think I’m alone in saying, “ice cream is my favorite summer treat!” With bar carts all the rage in the home decor world, I thought it would be fun to celebrate the last few days of summer by combining those two favorites to create an ice cream float bar cart! It’s an easy, elegant way to dress up a summer favorite.

Here’s what you need:

Bar Cart

Sodas {a variety of flavors for guests to get creative with}

Vanilla Ice Cream

Glasses

Spoons

Napkins

Ice Cream Scoop

Flowers to spruce up your cart

Our family recently discovered Izze sparkling juice. We fell in love with their yummy flavors! I thought they would make the perfect summertime float paired with some old fashioned vanilla ice cream. I love the glass bottles and the simple, colorful labels. They have tons of fruity flavors, plus yummy flavored sparkling water options.

The sparkling waters are a nice low fat option, and still taste amazing and refreshing. My favorite is the blackberry pear.

I left my ice cream in the carton, but another fun option is to pre scoop ice cream and freeze the scoops on a wax paper covered cookie sheet. Pull them out when ready to use and place them in a cute ice bucket.
