Welcome to Day 3 of my 5 Days of Halloween Tour – Day 3 Elegant White Halloween Tablescape! You can see Day 1 here and Day 2 here, if you missed them. Holiday tablescapes are one of the funnest ways to decorate for the holidays!
This year I kept my table mostly white, as a nod to the iconic Halloween ghost. A few pops of gold and black give the table a classy, elegant feel. Yes, Halloween can be classy!
I like to set my Halloween and Christmas tablescapes at the start of the month. Setting your table early gives you more time to enjoy it until the big day.
Here are the details of my elegant, white Halloween table…
I started with 3 white, ruffled table runners.
The place settings are all white topped with a white pumpkin soup tureen. We have taco soup and chicken chili every year as a tradition. The kid’s love eating out of a pumpkin. This brings back memories of when I was a little girl and my mom would make us dinner in a REAL pumpkin on Halloween night. She always made the holidays fun for us. Her example has given me the desire to create similar memories for my own children.
Gold flatware and napkin rings, add some glam to the table. More ruffles on the napkins give the table more elegance.
Since I set my table early and leave it up, I don’t use fresh flowers for a centerpiece. Instead I used a fresh white pumpkin. I set it on top of a white cake plate topped with a black feather crow.
I nestled some fresh baby pumpkins and a few gold striped pumpkins around the centerpiece.
4 Gold candlesticks with black taper candles give the illusion of candelabras.
A few plastic spiders with sticky tack on the back, make the wall look like she’s dressed for the occasion too.
Here she is at night…
Try to set your own elegant white Halloween tablescape this year. I have sourced the items on my table so you can create the look at your house {some affiliate links are used for your convenience}…
