Today I’m sharing 6 easy and elegant place setting ideas for the best Thanksgiving table! For some fall home decor inspiration you can visit my Fall Home Tour here.
Planning your table ahead will relieve some entertaining stress and let you focus on cooking that yummy meal you have planned.
Thanksgiving is the biggest, most anticipated meal of the year. It deserves to be set on a table that showcases it’s importance and makes your friend’s and loved ones feel special. Each of these place settings are easy and elegant and will make your Thanksgiving turkey proud!
Pink and Gold Place Setting
Pink and gold are an elegant, unexpected color scheme for Thanksgiving. Gold rimmed plates and stemware, paired with gold flatware give this place setting a glamorous feel. Use these gold crown chargers instead of traditional chargers for a sophisticated twist.
For the centerpiece, use white and pale pink roses mixed with a few fresh white baby pumpkins. Easy and elegant!

Elegant all White Place Setting
You can never go wrong with an elegant white tablescape. Try mixing cream and white dishes with silver flatware for a stunning blank canvas. Dress up the center of your table with fresh or faux white pumpkins placed on top of a silver cake stand with some silver sage and white berries.
For a table cloth, I used some velvet cream damask fabric. This adds the texture a neutral table needs. Remember texture is key when using a neutral color scheme.

Heirloom Pumpkin Place Setting
When I think of Thanksgiving, I think of heirloom pumpkins. They are the dreamiest pumpkins! Use them for an easy and elegant centerpiece along with some baby white pumpkins and some eucalyptus. White berries soften the greens.
Wicker chargers look amazing for Thanksgiving {found here}! They look earthy and pair beautifully with the pumpkins. Pops of white via linens and dishes make this place setting shine. These gorgeous ruffled napkins and napkin rings are from here.
Try adding a “I am thankful for.. ” paper to the center of each place setting for a special touch.

Burberry Inspired Thanksgiving Place Setting
Plaid and Thanksgiving are like a match made in heaven! Plaid is all the rage this year so you should have no trouble finding some to add to your table. I used a plaid throw as a table runner. Then added some pinecones, and fall foliage for an easy, elegant centerpiece.
I used black toile plates for my place setting but plaid plates would look fabulous! Plaid mixed with more plaid, I’m getting goose bumps!
The napkins have words of gratitude printed on them in elegant cursive writing! I love that they give a subtle nod to Thanksgiving.

Elegant Blue and White Place Setting
Blue and white. It’s a classic. My mom’s china is blue and white. My wedding china is blue and white. So, this blue and white themed Thanksgiving table brings sentiment to the table. Sentiment and tradition are something that make gatherings really special. Try to add something to your table that has a special meaning for you and your guests.
This place setting is so simple and so elegant. Simply combined blue and white china with a beaded gold charger topped with a baby white pumpkin. You could use any fruit. For the centerpiece, keep it simple too. Use large with pumpkins nested on top of fall leaves. Tuck in smaller white pumpkins and gold votives for mood lighting.

Rose Gold Place Setting
Finally, a rose gold inspired place setting. I am crushing on rose gold majorly this season. You can see how I incorporated this coppery pink in my fall decor and fashion here and here.
I used a plain white table cloth topped with a rose gold, sequin runner. For the place setting use white dishes with copper chargers. These rose gold glasses from Anthropoligie are my favorite purchase this season. They are stunning. I used them on my rose gold fall tablescape here.
For the centerpiece, use rose gold candle sticks, votives and sprinkled with white pumpkins. So easy and elegant.
